Paul Brennan
Chairman (non-Exec)

Paul Brennan is the company's chairman.   He brings to VisionOSS a depth of experience in high-tech start-ups and high-growth companies.  He has extensive experience in IPO and M&A and has strong contacts in the UK VC industry.

Paul has a background in Software and Telecommunications and has run a number of mid-sized technology companies.  Paul holds a number of board seats, including: Apptix ASA (Exec Chair); Xtractor AS (Exec Chair); Trustix AS (Exec Chair); IMP AS (Advisory Board Member).

Paul worked for IBM, and NetFrame Systems before joining Equant in Europe, where he ran the EMEA division.

Mike Frayne
Chief Executive Officer

Before joining VisionOSS, Mike Frayne was co-founder and Executive Chairman of Intec Telecom Systems PLC. Prior to founding the Intec Group he worked as a consultant for a number of years, following IT management roles in the investment banking industry.

Mike holds an MBA from Wits Business School, Johannesburg, and a BSc in Information Technology and Psychology.

Mike was named Ernst & Young ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in 2001. Mike’s business interests are truly global, ranging from companies in the USA, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Dr Stefan Peters
Executive Director

Stefan Peters is the Commercial Director of VisionOSS and is a co-founder of the company.

Stefan has 15 years experience in information technology, with 9 years in sales, business development and GM positions for software companies serving the telecommunications, finance and utilities markets.

He co-founded EdgeAlliance - a sales network focusing on outsourced business development and sales management.  He was Sales Director Central & East Europe at JacobsRimell Ltd. and MD of Germany & Central Europe at Intec Telecom.  Before that he was Country manager for Switzerland Platinum Technology and Sales manager at Texas Instruments Software.

Stefan has a PHD in high Energy Physics and has been awarded fellowships at the Max-Planck Gesellschaft and at CERN.

Henry Barton
Executive Director

Henry Barton  is the Strategy Director for VisionOSS and is a co-founder of the company.

Henry has over 10 years in the Telecoms, Cable and OSS sector and was Director/CTO for companies such as JacobsRimell, Cable & Wireless Communications and Nynex Cablecomms.

Henry was Founder and CEO of Broadcentric, a specialist Digital Broadband 'convergent solutions' company.  He spent 4 years at McKinsey & Co as a senior management consultant focusing on the telecoms sector.

Henry has an MBA from the London Business School and the Sloan School, MIT, with 1st Class BSc Honours in Engineering Science.  He is a member of the IEE and is a Chartered Engineer.
