VOSS- Deployment
The scope of Vision’s professional services in a standard IP telephony deployment project will typically be limited to the VOSS- deployment role, including all or parts of the following elements:

Project Planning & Management Support

To support with programme planning and management – principally focusing on the co-ordination of Vision’s activities within the customer’s overall master programme of work.

Technical Solution Design

To input into the overall voice services solution design, through participation in design sub-teams – with a particular focus on Service Management aspects (working in combination with customer and/or a 3rd party systems integrator).

Support in defining datacenter requirements and in drafting BVSM-related aspects of installation and test plans (working in combination with the customer and/or a 3rd party systems integrator).

VOSS- Configuration

To build the VOSSManager Servers running the VOSS- application suite and set-up the VOSSManager Clusters to provide the functional elements and redundancy.

Platform Staging Support

To support in the configuration and stage testing of the VOSS- platform, if the Customer so chooses to stage the platform prior to installation (Optional).

VOSS- Commissioning and Testing

To deploy the VOSSManager USM clusters into the customer’s datacenters and to assist with the set-to-work of the platform.
Support acceptance testing and provide a handover of the VOSS- platform to the customers NOC operations team.
