Dial Plan Design and Maintenance
Vision provides Dial Plan design and maintenance services.

The HUCS platform is typically delivered with one of the standard Dial Plan templates developed jointly by Cisco and Vision.

The Dial Plan is essentially a set of rules, configured by BVSM, used by the components of Cisco Hosted UCS to route calls and translate numbers.

The Dial Plan templates can be configured to meet most Customer requirements and this save Customers from having to create their own dialplan designs at great expense and time.

However, on ocassions Customers require the Dial Plan template to be modified or re-created from scratch.  In these cases, either the Customer can perform this task themselves, or contract with Vision.

In addition, dial plans are never static.  There is always an ongoing need to keep the dial plan up to date with the PSTN and business requirements.
  Service Providers should also consider the dial plan maintenance of their own end-customers.

Vision has the experience and skills to maintain Dial Plans.
