Technical Support Services
Surpassing customers’ expectations is a key objective for Vision.  A high level of customer satisfaction for post sales support is very much part of that objective

We offer two levels of support:
  • Our Standard Support Service meets the requirements of the majority of our Customers and is available during normal office hours (09:00 - 17:00)
  • Our Premium Support Service, which includes 24 hour, seven days a week cover, enables our customers to further enhance support levels if it is more appropriate to their business needs.

There is also on-site Customer support through the Vision Professional Services organisations.
